Chintamani Industries was founded in 2005 by Mr. Hanumant Vare, who began the company’s journey in a modest rented workshop in Bhosari, Pune.
What started as a small operation under the name Chintamani Enterprises, supplying molten aluminium degassing and handling solutions to the automobile industry, has today evolved into a multi-disciplinary engineering and manufacturing organization with a strong national and international presence.

We specialize in developing custom casting-with-machining solutions and our infrastructure consists of two advanced manufacturing facilities:
• One dedicated to precision machining
• Another equipped for sheet metal and heavy fabrication with integrated machining
Our technical strength is backed by over 120 skilled personnel and a comprehensive fleet of more than 50 CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, and grinding machines. We also operate an in-house chrome plating plant, advanced sheet metal and fabrication setup, imported MIG and TIG welding machines, SPMs designed for automated precision welding, laser cutting, and CNC bending facilities — all supported by WPS/PQR-qualified welders.
A fully automated 7-tank powder coating and shot blasting plant is our next development, further enhancing our surface finishing capabilities and enabling complete in-house manufacturing solutions.
